Coteaching

I'm working up to a series of posts about the joys and challenges of coteaching.  My drafts are starting to look like a marriage encouter planning session so I am going to work on it a bit more before shaing.  Meanwhile, Kevin has already thought about and written about this topic in detail.  So here are some thoughts and ideas that are certainly fuel for discussion.
