Happen

On weekends,

Students and teachers

Sigh

Regretting the "loss"

Of a "snow day" 

Until the magic

Of softly falling snow,

Sleds. boots, mittens,

Hot chocolate, movies

Puzzles, books.

Reminds them to 

Celebrate anyway,

While hoping

For a REAL

"Snow Day"!
