Change appears to be my OLW for the week.
Sunday, I changed the clocks in my car and my stove knowing it would take time for my body to catch up to the lost hour.
Monday, I changed my heavy winter coat for a vest and hoped I would not need to go back but I have.
Tuesday, I finished Elizabeth Warren's book, Persist where she proposes that profound change is possible only if we fight for it.
Yesterday, I left all the change at the car wish in the tips jar, worrying about the immigration status of those drying my windows.
Today, I pray for changes in the way this once mighty nation interacts with others both at home and on the world stage.

I love how you took one word in so many different but pertinent directions. Change of time to change left behind to change that needs to happen. Thanks for this idea.
You are right! Your OLW is alive and well in your daily life. Thanks for the link to the book, too. I may need to add it to my Spring Break pile. BLOOM is my word. Thanks for the idea. You've inspired me for a future slice.
I love to use my #OLW. What a fun way to make it the center of a slice. So many different ways to look at change. It's inevitable and can be a source of inspiration!
Thank you for sharing! I was pulled in by the first line. I don't think my body has quite caught up to day light savings yet. And in regards to the second line, I have started wearing dresses...I'm freezing in the morning in Northern Virginia, but I am willing the warm weather!
Your OLW has a lot of provocative thoughts to consider. I must check out the book suggestion!
My heart goes out to those drying your windows, and it is heartwarming that you left all the change. I like the way you used the word in so many different ways. That last one - - - me too!!!!
Change carries many meanings and emotions in this piece.
